In
late 2006 Polartech India moved to its new Manufacturing
Facility.
The new facility is a significant step up from the
existing site, with the capacity to blend up to
30,000 metric tons of product per year. The 12 blending
vessels and 6 reactor vessels are all constructed
from stainless steel and mounted on state of the
art load cells to ensure the highest levels of product
quality.
Manufacture is carried out within the framework
of Polartech’s ISO 9001 Accreditation.
Batch manufacture of fluid blends is flexible between
800 Litres and 12,000 Litres and accurate filling
of a range of packs from 5L to 1000L can be carried
out.
Specialised powder blending can accommodate a range
of Fillers to meet specialised requirements.
The Management Team is extremely experienced and staff
continuity is high; the skilled and flexible workforce
are continually able to respond to customer’s demands.
